
Pam Fiorelli Vice President of Operations and Training
Pam Fiorelli joined Schwartz Communications in 1995. She has more than 15 years of business management experience. Her diverse agency responsibilities include operations, finance, marketing and new business development.
While at Schwartz, Fiorelli has increased overall operations efficiency by creating training and development programs, knowledge management practices, researching and assessing new vendor services and improving cost control measures. She has also increased agency exposure through her leadership in trade show initiatives, print advertisements and direct marketing campaigns.
In addition, during her tenure, Fiorelli has assumed various accounting and financial analysis responsibilities that have helped increase overall agency profitability. Over the years, she has also held numerous project management roles executing initiatives for agency-wide software changes and upgrades.
Prior to Schwartz, Fiorelli worked as a marketing associate for the New Boston Garden Corporation, a Delaware North Company. She was also a business manager with Marvin Cooper and Associates, Accounting/Financial Planning. Her background in operations, marketing, accounting and her education and experience in business management have given her a solid foundation as vice president at Schwartz.
Fiorelli is a cum laude graduate of Bentley College with a B.S. in management and an M.B.A. graduate from Simmons College.
